Beyond merely learning techniques to outpace others, growth as defined by the Meet Your Beauty Academy is about discovering one’s “most authentic colors” amidst countless choices and building deep, solid roots.
The academy’s past four-month journey began with vivid, firsthand experiences. Starting with “Positive Beauty” training, 24 participants from diverse nationalities—including France and Indonesia—immersed themselves in the products and brand philosophies by personally experiencing the company’s brand spaces, such as Espoir Yeonnam and Amore Seongsu.
Subsequently, through a collaboration with the creator group Leferi, they sharpened their practical creator skills, spanning from content planning to channel branding. The expertise built along the way translated into a meaningful activity: offering beauty consulting for international students, allowing participants to experience firsthand the positive impact that beauty can bring.
For the participants who experienced both technical skills and the value of coexistence, the final mentoring session served as a heartwarming period, deeply engraving the essence of a creator in their hearts. Beauty creator and campaign mentor “Minsco” shared a powerful message: “Building your own authentic color solidly, rather than chasing flashy trends, is the only secret to long-term success.” This parting word inspired participants to reflect once again on the true meaning of the campaign.
This realization served as a turning point, sparking positive inner transformations among the participants. Breaking free from the obsession with perfection, they began connecting with their subscribers just as they are—a sense of authenticity that soon blossomed into deeper empathy and positive influence. One participant’s reflection beautifully captures the core message that the Meet Your Beauty Academy set out to deliver: “I learned that having a healthy daily routine where I take care of myself off-camera, rather than striving for perfection in front of it, is the only way to sustain this journey for a long time.”
