Q. What is the Aritaum Product Sharing program?
Launched by the Amorepacific Group in 2005 to create a more beautiful world through coexistence with local communities, Aritaum Product Sharing is a long-term corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative. In 2009, the program expanded its scale and reach through a partnership with the Community Chest of Korea (Fruit of Love), and it has since consistently provided products to around 3,000 social welfare facilities nationwide every year. Since 2005, the cumulative value of donations has reached approximately 113.3 billion KRW, supporting over 46,000 social welfare facilities across the country.
-
Q. What products are delivered through the Aritaum Product Sharing program, and who receives them?
With 20 brands participating—including Hera, Laneige, Mise-en-scène, Innisfree, and Amos—we deliver cosmetics and personal care products to approximately 3,000 social welfare facilities nationwide. The program focuses on providing broad support for vulnerable and socially marginalized groups, including individuals with disabilities, the elderly, children, and women, as well as residents from multicultural backgrounds and youth aging out of foster care.
-
Q. What is the Hope Store campaign?
Hope Store is supported by the Beautiful World Fund of the Beautiful Foundation. This fund was established in 2003 when the family of Amorepacific founder Suh Sung-whan (Jangwon) donated a portion of his estate to honor his lifelong dedication to supporting the welfare of women and children. The Hope Stores created through this fund are businesses owned and managed by single mothers. The Beautiful Foundation provides microloans for starting a business to women who possess a strong will to become self-reliant and are fully prepared to launch a business, even without collateral or guarantees. As these startup loans are repaid, the funds are reinvested to help other women open their own Hope Stores.
-
Q. What are the selection criteria and application methods for Hope Store?
The primary selection criteria include the need for support, readiness for the proposed business (feasibility of the business plan), expertise in the chosen field, funding plans, and management capabilities. Applications for Hope Store are accepted twice a year, typically in February and June. The exact application dates can be found on the Hope Store website in January of each year.

Q. What is the Inclusive Project?

-
Q. What activities are included in the Inclusive Project?
To internalize D&I values, Amorepacific provides customized training programs for both domestic and international employees. We offer e-learning content based on corporate policies and case studies for new domestic hires and prospective expatriates, while supporting offline training for experienced hires to address unconscious bias. Furthermore, we proactively manage global risks by distributing an inclusive communication training video as a mandatory course across our 17 overseas affiliates. To ensure respect for diversity in our brand marketing, we have also published the "Diversity & Inclusion Beauty Communication Guide" and are actively incorporating inclusive values into our products and services through core business unit training and risk assessments.

Q. What is the social significance of the "Traditional Culture Preservation" initiative?
Moving beyond simple product donations, "Traditional Culture Preservation" is a Mecenat initiative where Sulwhasoo’s philosophy of inheriting traditional culture aligns with elevating the value of national heritage. Q. What is Sulwhasoo’s sponsorship of the Spring 2026 Royal Culture Festival?
Sulwhasoo made an in-kind donation to the Royal Palaces and Tombs Management Division of the Korea Heritage Agency to support "The Queen’s Taste," one of the programs at the Spring 2026 Royal Culture Festival. As Korea’s representative beauty brand, this Mecenat initiative is rooted in Sulwhasoo’s philosophy of respecting and properly inheriting traditional Korean culture. Set against the backdrop of Tongmyeongjeon Hall in Changgyeonggung Palace, Sulwhasoo products will be used as hands-on materials for the experiential program, which explores the adornment culture and packaging arts of royal court women.
