Amorepacific has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Seoul Central District Office of Education to establish a public-private partnership for tailored, integrated student support. The agreement focuses on building a cooperative framework and delivering self-discovery and career programs designed to help adolescents cultivate a healthy perception of beauty and independently explore future career paths. Both institutions plan to provide customized, ongoing support to youth within the district, including Yongsan-gu, helping them discover their unique identity and resolve the complex concerns often faced during adolescence.
The key components of the agreement involve cooperation on the school-visit “Meet Your Beauty” campaign to foster a healthy perception of beauty among youth, collaboration on career exploration programs connected with active K-beauty industry professionals, and partnerships on educational content tailored for underprivileged students. Under this framework, Amorepacific will operate educational programs based on the “Meet Your Beauty” initiative alongside employee-led mentoring sessions. Concurrently, the Central District Office of Education will identify participating schools and students within its jurisdiction and provide the necessary administrative support for seamless operations.
“We will fully leverage our corporate capabilities to help youth in our local communities discover their true selves and grow into emotionally healthy individuals,” said Sang-ho Lee, Executive Vice President of Amorepacific. “Moving forward, we will continue to take the lead in social contribution activities that foster emotional stability and independent growth for future generations.”
Meanwhile, Amorepacific’s “Meet Your Beauty” campaign empowers future generations to achieve personal growth rooted in a healthy perception of beauty. Starting this year, the initiative has expanded its scope beyond traditional beauty perception education. It now features a ▲Mentoring track, which connects self-understanding with career exploration, and an ▲Academy track, which fosters future beauty and wellness creators. Amorepacific plans to evolve this initiative into a sustainable social contribution model that bridges positive self-image with career development and life direction.
