We are pleased to share the results of an effectiveness evaluation of the MEET YOUR BEAUTY CLASS program<\/strong>, which supports adolescents in discovering their own unique beauty, looking beyond external standards, and expanding their understanding of inner meaning and value.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Key Findings<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

1. A Shift Toward Discovering One\u2019s Own Unique Beauty<\/strong>\u2022 Adolescents moved beyond conventional, standardized beauty ideals and experienced a shift toward perceptions of beauty centered on their authentic selves.\u2022 Perceptions of and attitudes toward beauty among participants in the project-based education program <broader-reach track>: 3.79 \u2192 4.03\u2022 Among Creative Workshop participants <intensive track>, scores for changes in beauty-related values increased by 0.54 points, while recognition of the importance of making efforts to discover one\u2019s authentic self increased by 0.71 points.<\/p>

<\/p>

2. Confirming the Need for Beauty Perception Education (MYB)<\/strong>\u2022 The study identified a \u201cvirtuous cycle\u201d in which positive changes in perceptions of beauty extend beyond self-esteem and contribute to greater happiness in life.Positive changes in perceptions of beauty led to the following outcomes:– Development of personal agency in defining beauty– Meaningful connections with self-esteem– Greater life satisfaction and social inclusion<\/p>

3. High Satisfaction with the Program\u2019s Effectiveness<\/strong>\u2022 Overall program satisfaction: 4.47 out of 5 (intensive track)\u2022 Intention to participate again: 8.36 out of 10 \/ Intention to recommend the program: 8.72 out of 10<\/p>

<\/p>

Participating adolescents reported experiencing the following changes.| \u201cI feel like I\u2019ve learned more about myself.\u201d| \u201cI was glad to learn that I am someone who can be beautiful and shine, just like everyone else in the world.\u201d| \u201cMy standards of beauty have changed.\u201d<\/p>

<\/p>

This study confirmed that the MEET YOUR BEAUTY Class program goes beyond education to serve as a meaningful program that brings positive changes to adolescents\u2019 lives as a whole. We will continue to promote healthy perceptions of beauty so that more adolescents can discover their own unique beauty and grow. <\/p>
