Amorepacific\u2019s CSR program, \u201cMEET YOUR BEAUTY ACADEMY,\u201d has launched its first global program in India\u2019s Delhi National Capital Region (NCR). As its first overseas program operated in partnership with the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), the initiative will run for approximately four months with 80 young participants.<\/strong><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

MEET YOUR BEAUTY ACADEMY is a program designed to help young people discover their potential and plan their future career paths through beauty education. In India, the program offers a curriculum in the Delhi NCR that combines K-beauty expertise with an understanding of the local beauty industry. As part of Amorepacific\u2019s global CSR initiatives, the program is significant in supporting young people\u2019s independence and growth while contributing to positive change in local communities.<\/p>

Participants develop practical career exploration skills, including content planning, filming and editing, online communication, and personal portfolio development. They also take part in offline sessions, assignments, and expert mentoring. Recognizing the rapid growth of India\u2019s beauty industry and the rising demand for skilled professionals, Amorepacific\u2019s CSR Team designed the program to help young people build beauty and digital capabilities and pursue opportunities in diverse fields, including retail, brand marketing, and content creation.<\/p>
